I’m Aime Guerra, a Texas Realtor® with Logos Investment Properties & Real Estate serving the Houston Bay Area — Kemah, Clear Lake, League City, Seabrook, El Lago, Bacliff, Santa Fe, Dickinson, Friendswood, and nearby communities.

Before real estate, I spent years in emergency medicine, where I learned how to stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and guide people through stressful situations with confidence and care. I bring that same steady energy to every transaction.

I’m also a mom and a small-business partner, so I know a home isn’t just a purchase — it shapes your finances, your family, and your future. That’s why my approach is honest, practical, and numbers-focused: pricing, condition, flood zones, tax rates, insurance, schools, repairs, monthly payment, and resale value, all on the table before you decide.

Why I Work Differently

I am a former licensed paramedic who spent more than a decade making calm, high-stakes decisions under pressure. That experience taught me how to recognize patterns quickly, communicate clearly, follow protocols, and help people make confident decisions when the stakes are high.

Now I bring that same clarity, urgency, and protocol-driven approach to real estate.
